The Proton Pals recently discovered that their ship didn’t just crash. Infact, they learned that their arch enemies the electrons caused them to lose control and crash onto earth. Now the electrons are here to finish the job!
History:
Who or what are the Proton Pals?
Fresh from Planet XPR in the Proton system meet the Proton Pals! These loveable little scamps got stranded here, but they now love it so much they don’t want to leave.
The Proton Pals are a series I originally started under Peculiar Inks. Little did anyone at Peculiar Inks or I ever dream of the success we would have. That success actually caused an issue for us. After releasing around 25 Pals we couldn’t keep up with the business side of it. All of us involved have families and full time jobs and were overwhelmed. So I devised a plan to help us out. Proton Pals was moved under my own control.
I worked in conjunction with Pals holders at the time on plan that worked for all of us involved. That plan included burning all old nfts and reminting them under a new collection. These newly minted pieces were sent directly to the holder of each piece at the time. We called these reminted ones the founders editions and they all carry the founders mark in the corner.
To date Pals has been the most successful line in my collection. With pieces selling upward of $300 at resale with pieces seeing at highs of $800 and $1,000 respectively! Get in while you can because prices will continue to rise as we hit each stage!
What lies ahead?
Each stage is going to continue to evolve the story of the proton pals. I have some long-term plans for this project which will involve stakeholder interaction. Proton Pal Holders Rewards*
Currently holders of Tokens in the Pals collection are entered into drawings to receive NFTs from my other collections. Hint: Holding a pal from stages 1,2, & 3 will be needed come stage 4 so make sure you are holding.
In the future I will be looking to add other Pal specific rewards when we get into the correct place in the story. Keep it bookmarked here for future updates.
PROTON PALS ROAD MAP
Stage 1
The Proton Pals are here! The pals ship crashed and now they can’t get home…more importantly they don’t want to go home! They like it here too much.
This stage will consist of the release of the following:
40 proton pals (please note Pal 3 has 2 versions so the numbering stops at 39).
The Proton Ship Side Quest which will have 3 tokens needed to fix the crashed proton ship. when all 3 parts are turned into me by one person it will create the only Proton ship that will be made. (This fixed ship will be sent directly to that person)
Stage 2
The electrons invasion has begun! The Pals natural enemy the electron has arrived to finish what they started when they crashed the Pals ship to earth.
This stage will consist of the following:
40 Electrons
1 Electron ship
Stage 3
MEET THE NEUTRONS
As you know by now, the story began with the proton pals ship malfunctioning, spinning out of control and crashing to earth. Unfortunately for them, they became stranded. They couldn’t get their ship fixed as the toolkit needed was lost in the crash. They then decided to make the best of the situation by embracing the culture of the the inhabitants of earth.
Eventually, Mack the mechanic, was able to get his hands on the tool kit and begin repairs. However in trying to fix the ship it was discovered that they crash was no accident!
It was discovered that the Electrons, the opposing force to the protons on their home planet had sabotaged their ship and now had followed them to earth in an attempt to end their existence once and for all.
Having heard about what happened the Neutrons, the peace keepers of the triad immediately set off for earth in hopes of stopping the two sides from reaching a combustion point.
That is the story so far as we enter stage 3…Meet the Neutrons.
Stage 3 will see the release of 40 Neutrons and 1 Neutron Ship!
Will the Neutrons be able to bring this conflict between the Proton pals and the Electrons to a peaceful conclusion? Or are we destined for things to combust?
Stage 4
Combustion Point
While we are not quite to stage 4 yet, I wanted to give you all just a little preview of what it will be.
As you can see the Neutrons won’t be able to stop Combustion Point from occurring. And just like in the real world when you have a protons, electrons, and neutrons combined you have an ATOM!
